Phillippi Engineering, Inc., is a mid-sized Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm based in Vacaville, Ca. Established in 1970, we expanded through acquisition to our present configuration of Phillippi Engineering, Inc., in 1983. A dedicated staff of professional Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors, CAD Drafters, skilled technicians and support staff use the latest advanced electronic equipment to complete our projects, from the initial survey to working drawings. The majority of finished work is graphically based using software programs that work in conjunction with the AutoCAD drafting system. Our areas of expertise are in the fields of civil engineering design and land surveying. Projects typically begin with a boundary and topographic survey. We then prepare design concepts for entitlement approvals, and work through approval of final plans. Survey construction staking is provided during the construction phase of the project.
